Umingle Account Banned for Under 18 Despite Being an Adult

I created an account on the Umingle website at https://umingle.com/video/ and on 16/10/2026 my account was instantly banned the first time I logged in. I had not done anything on the website yet when the ban appeared. The ban screen shows Ban ID 24c01d4b with the reason “Under 18” and offers “Instant Unban” only if I pay Rp39,900. I am over 18 and I only want to use Umingle normally, without having done any violation. I find it unfair that my account is banned immediately and that I am asked to pay to remove the ban. I kindly request Umingle to remove the ban on my account with Ban ID 24c01d4b free of charge and allow me to access and use the website normally.
