I Face Umingle Account Ban Caused by Age Verification Mistake
I am 19 years old, but Umingle incorrectly flagged my account as being under 18 and banned me. This issue occurred while using Umingle through Google around April 24–29, 2026. Because of this incorrect age assessment, I lost access to my account even though I met the age requirement and have not made any paid subscriptions or in‑app purchases. I have not yet been able to resolve this because I have not contacted customer support directly. I request that my age be correctly recognized and my Umingle account be unbanned so that I can continue using the service without further interruption.
