Umingle Falsely Flagged Me as Minor – Actually 19, Profile Gone

I am writing because my account on the Umingle website was banned on July 2, 2026 on the grounds that I am under 18 years old. This information is incorrect, as I am currently 19 years old, and I have been unfairly restricted from using the service. Due to this ban, I completely lost access to my profile, my chats, my matches and any features I was using on the site. My Umingle ID is a3c04986. I have not been able to find a way to contact your support team directly through the site, so I am using this complaint to explain the situation. I request that you urgently review my age information and remove the ban on my account, and that my profile and all its data be fully restored as soon as possible.
