Umingle Account Banned for Explicit Messages Without Clear Reason
I have been using the Umingle website for some time and yesterday my account was suddenly banned for a couple of days. The only explanation I could see was that it was related to explicit messages. However, these messages were sent in private chat with another user, and I am sure I did not say anything inappropriate or wrong that would justify a ban. My account is currently banned and I do not understand clearly what I have done wrong. I would like Umingle to review my account, check the relevant chat history, and either lift the ban or at least provide a clear and detailed explanation for this action.
I have been using the Umingle website, and about a week ago, I was suddenly banned while accessing the platform from my home. After the ban, I saw that the stated reason was “explicit message.” However, I was not given any prior clear explanation or detailed warning about which specific content was considered explicit, and I do not know exactly what I did wrong. I have not yet been able to contact Umingle support regarding this issue. I request that my account and the ban be urgently reviewed, that I be clearly informed of the exact reason for the ban, and that this unjust restriction be removed so that I can continue using the service normally.
