Umingle Account Banned for Explicit Messages Without Clear Reason

I have been using the Umingle website for some time and yesterday my account was suddenly banned for a couple of days. The only explanation I could see was that it was related to explicit messages. However, these messages were sent in private chat with another user, and I am sure I did not say anything inappropriate or wrong that would justify a ban. My account is currently banned and I do not understand clearly what I have done wrong. I would like Umingle to review my account, check the relevant chat history, and either lift the ban or at least provide a clear and detailed explanation for this action.
