I am writing regarding my Umingle account, which was suddenly banned today while I was using the website on my phone. The screen shows that my account is banned with the ban ID “f12dd99f”. This is my first time facing such an issue and I did not clearly know the rules. The ban happened after I mistakenly typed the letter “b”, and I was very surprised to see that my account was immediately banned. I find this situation unfair because there was no clear warning or explanation before applying such a strict measure. I kindly request that my account be recovered and the ban with ID f12dd99f be removed. I would like this action to be treated as a first-time, unintentional mistake and, if necessary, I am willing to accept a warning instead of a permanent ban. I ask you to review this situation and restore my access to Umingle.
