I am writing about the sudden ban of my account on the Umingle website on 6 July. My account was blocked right after I sent the message “I love ladyboys” and I was not given any prior warning or clear explanation about the ban. I believe that permanently blocking my account for this single message is a disproportionate action, and I would like Umingle to review this decision. My clear request is a full unban of my account so that I can continue using the platform. I kindly ask you to review the relevant chat, reconsider the penalty applied to my account, and lift the ban, or at least provide a clear explanation of the specific rule or policy that you consider this message to have violated.
