Umingle False Unban

I am writing to report that my account on the Umingle web platform has been banned for “Explicit Messages” even though I did not violate the rules, and I believe this is a false ban. I was actively using Umingle yesterday without any issues, and when I tried to log in today, I discovered that my account had been banned, with no prior warning or clear explanation. I have not yet been able to reach customer support about this situation, but I want my account to be immediately unbanned and my access restored, as I consider this ban to be unjust. I request that my account and messages be reviewed carefully, and that my profile be reactivated as soon as possible.
