Request For Unban in Umingle BAN ID 587174e3

I am writing about an account ban I received on Umingle while using the service on my Windows laptop. On June 15, between approximately 1:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m., my account was suddenly banned after I tried to report another user who was engaging in explicit behavior. I did not intend to share or promote explicit content; my only purpose was to notify the platform so that this person would not continue their behavior. Despite this, my account was banned, while the user I was trying to report appears to have faced no visible consequences. This feels very unfair, as I was attempting to help keep the community safe rather than violate the rules. I have tried to reach Umingle support, but I have not received any response so far. I request that my ban be reviewed in detail, including the chat and report history from that time, and that my account be reinstated if it is confirmed that I was only trying to report explicit behavior, not participate in it. I also ask for a clear written explanation of the reason for my ban.
