I am writing regarding an issue I experienced today, June 28, 2026, with Umingle’s free video chat features. My account was suddenly suspended/banned even though I did not violate any rules, and I believe this was caused by a misunderstanding or a technical error in the automatic moderation system. I am 21 years old, and I suspect that the system may have incorrectly flagged my account, possibly assuming I was underage or in violation of some policy, even though this is not the case. I have always intended to use the platform within the rules, so this sudden ban is both surprising and upsetting. After the ban, I tried to contact Umingle for clarification and support by sending an email to [email protected]. However, I received an automatic delivery failure message stating that this email address does not exist, which left me without any direct way to resolve the issue. I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail and that the incorrect automatic ban be lifted as soon as possible. I also ask for clear information about the reason for the ban and for Umingle to provide a working support contact so that users can reach the company when such problems occur.
