I Want My Umingle Account Restored After an Unjustified Suspension

I am writing regarding an issue with my Umingle website account, which was blocked yesterday without a valid reason. Since then, I have been unable to access or use my account. The only explanation I received is that my age is supposedly not sufficient to use the platform. This is not correct. I am from Tanzania and I was born in 2008, which means I am 18 years old. I have not made any payments, subscriptions, or purchases on Umingle, and I have always used the platform within normal rules. I kindly request that my Umingle account be reactivated as soon as possible and that my age information be correctly recognized so I can continue using the service without further unjustified blocks.
