I Need Umingle to Review My Unfair Account Ban

On June 22, my Umingle video chat account, registered with the email address aleza0***@gmail.com, was suddenly banned while I was using the platform in a normal way. I was simply sitting at my desk and chatting on video, without making any inappropriate jokes, comments about age, or violating any rules that I am aware of. The screen started lagging and when I checked, I saw that my account had been banned without any clear reason. I believe this ban is unjustified, as I did not engage in any behavior that should violate Umingle’s community guidelines. I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail and that the ban be lifted if no valid violation is found. I would also like to receive clear information about the reason for this ban so that I can avoid any similar issues in the future.
