I Got Banned On Umingle For No Reason

I was using the Umingle website on my browser without an account when I was suddenly banned for no reason. Until that moment I was only chatting normally with people, and then, as soon as I tried to open the site again, it showed a message saying that I am banned, with the ban ID e8fd0f08. This situation started on 1 June and has continued since then. I never created an account on Umingle, so I was surprised to see a direct site-wide ban just by visiting the website. The page gives no explanation at all about what rule I supposedly violated or why this ban was applied. I kindly request that my ban with ID e8fd0f08 be reviewed and lifted, as I believe it was given in error. I also ask you to inform me briefly of the reason for this ban, if there is one, so that I can avoid any similar problem in the future.
