Got Banned For Under 18 But I'm Actually Over 18

My Umingle account linked to the email address mokith0***@gmail.com has been unfairly banned on the iOS website version of your service. When I tried to log in again after not using my account for about three weeks, I was suddenly shown a ban page with Ban ID 2b80d857 and the reason “Under 18”. I am in fact over 18 years old and can prove my age with my Aadhaar card or any other identity document you may require. Despite this, the ban page is asking me to pay 99 rupees for an “Instant Unban”. Since the given reason for the ban does not apply to me, I do not find it acceptable to be asked to pay money just to correct an incorrect ban decision. I kindly request that you review my account, verify my age based on the documents I can provide, remove the “Under 18” ban on Ban ID 2b80d857, and restore my access completely free of charge, without requiring the 99 rupees “Instant Unban” payment.
