Don't Ban My Umingle Account

I recently created an account on Umingle and used the platform for only about 15 minutes when my account was suddenly banned. During that time I only changed my connection and did not engage in any behaviour that violates the rules or terms of use. When I tried to log back in, I saw a message stating that my account was banned under the reason “Under 18” with Ban ID 889cac87, and that I could only get an “Instant Unban” by paying Rp39,900. I am an adult, so this ban reason is incorrect, and I find it unfair that I am being asked to pay money just to remove a ban that I believe was applied by mistake. I request that my account be reviewed without forcing me to make any payment, that this unjust ban be lifted, and that my access to Umingle be restored. I also ask for clear information on why this ban was applied, so that similar issues do not happen again to me or other users who have not violated any rules.
