My Account Was Wrongfully Banned For 'Under 18', I Am Legally An Adult
My Umingle account on the web platform was banned today, 22 September, with the reason stated as “Under 18” and Ban ID 0e955017. I am legally an adult, over 18, and I have not violated any rules related to age or misrepresentation. On the screen I am only offered an “Instant Unban” option for Rp 39.900, but I do not accept having to pay any fee to regain access to my account because I have not broken the rules. This situation is unfair and harms my user experience, as my access has been blocked due to an apparent age verification error. I kindly request that my account be reviewed again, that the age-related ban be lifted, and that my account be unbanned without charging the Rp 39.900 fee, since the ban was clearly applied in error.
