Permision To Unban Umingle

I have been banned from the Umingle website for no valid reason, and I am being asked to make a payment to remove the ban. Around 2–3 months ago my account was suddenly banned while I was using the site normally together with a friend, without violating any rules or behaving inappropriately. When I tried to access my account, a message appeared stating “You are banned” and claiming the reason was “Under 18”, and then asking for a payment of Rp39.900 to remove the ban. I am not under 18, and I have never received any proper explanation, proof, or prior warning about this decision. I also find it unacceptable that I am asked to pay money just to have the ban lifted. I request that my Umingle account be reviewed and that the unfair ban be completely removed without any payment, since I did not break the rules and did nothing wrong. I also expect a clear explanation of why this ban was imposed in the first place so that this situation does not happen again.
