Complaint About Ban Of "Under 18" But I'm Older Than 18

I am an adult user over 18 years old and my Umingle social app account has just been banned incorrectly for the reason “Under 18”. The ban happened suddenly a few minutes ago while I was using the app normally, without any prior warning or request for age verification. The ban screen shows the message “You are banned” with the reason “Under 18” and also displays an “Instant Unban” option that asks for a payment of Rp39,900, which I have not paid. I am clearly over 18 and I believe this ban is a mistake. I request that my account be manually reviewed, my age be verified, and the ban be completely removed without asking for any payment.
