Disputing Automated Underage Moderation Locks on Umingle

I writing because my Umingle account with the user e “raica cc” was incorrectly flagged as under 18 and banned today. I actually 20 years old and I meet the platform’s age requirement. When I try to access my account, I see a “You are banned” message stating that the reason is “Under 18”, and an “Instant Unban” option asking for a payment. I also contacted Umingle support and was told that I banned because I underage, which is not true. I request that my age be properly reviewed and verified, my account be unbanned without any payment request, and my access be fully restore as soon as possible, since I meet the platform’s minimum age requirement and have been mistakenly classified as under 18.
