Complaint About My Umingle Account Being Banned

I am writing regarding an issue with my Umingle account on your website. Today my account was suddenly banned and flagged as if I were under 18, even though I am 22 years old. I believe someone has wrongly reported or flagged me, and as a result the system has incorrectly classified me as a minor. Due to this situation, I am unable to activate or use the website at all. I cannot access my account or benefit from the services I signed up for, and this is very frustrating as I have done nothing wrong and meet the age requirement. I kindly request that you review my account, remove the under‑18 flag, and reactivate my access as soon as possible. If necessary, I am ready to provide proof of my age so that this mistake can be corrected and my account can be restored.
