Help Me Please Unban My Umingle Account

I have been using the Umingle application for about one month with the email address aprilia***[email protected]. Two days ago, my account was suddenly banned with the explanation that I am under 18 years old, although I am actually 22 years old. I do not understand why this decision was made and I believe it is a mistake regarding my age. In addition, I have seen that I am expected to make a payment in order to be unbanned, which I find unfair and unacceptable, especially since the ban itself is based on incorrect age information. I have not yet been able to resolve this situation through support. I kindly request that my Umingle account be reactivated without any payment and that the age‑related restriction and note be completely removed from my account, as my real age is 22.
