Comcast Internet Keeps Disconnecting During Umingle Use

I am a Comcast customer and since 24 June 2026 I have been experiencing constant internet disconnections, especially when I am trying to use the Umingle platform. The connection drops several times a day on a regular basis and this makes it almost impossible to use the service properly. Because of these repeated disconnections, my online experience is seriously disrupted and I cannot benefit from the internet service that I am paying for. I have contacted customer service about this problem, but the issue still continues in the same way. I request that Comcast review my connection in detail, identify and resolve the cause of these constant disconnections, and offer an appropriate refund or discount for the period in which I have not been able to use the service properly.
