I am writing regarding my Umingle account, which has been permanently blocked because I accidentally entered the wrong date of birth during the process. On 23 June 2026 my account was permanently blocked and since that day I have not been able to access or use my account at all. I confirm that the incorrect date of birth was entered unintentionally and I would like to correct this information to match my real data. I kindly request that my Umingle account be unblocked and that I be given the opportunity to update my date of birth correctly so I can continue using the service.
