Umingle Permanently Blocked My Account Without Any Explanation

I am writing regarding my Umingle account, which has been permanently blocked without any clear explanation. On 12 June 2026, I suddenly lost access to my free account and was informed that it had been permanently blocked, but I was not given any detailed reason or information about which rule I am alleged to have violated. I live in Indonesia and until now I have not found any way to contact Umingle support directly to understand the cause of this blocking or to defend myself. This situation is very disappointing because I do not know what mistake I have made and I have not been given any opportunity to clarify anything. I kindly request that my account be reviewed and reactivated without any additional payment, because I have not received clear information about any legitimate reason for this permanent blocking. I also ask to be clearly informed about what caused this situation, if there is any specific issue related to my account.
