Banned For Wrong Accusation "Under 18" From Umingle

I am writing regarding my Umingle web account, which was unfairly banned on 23 October 2026. When I try to access my account, the site shows a “You are banned” message stating that I am “Under 18” and then asks me to pay Rp39,900 for an instant unban. This accusation is incorrect, as I am actually 22 years old and therefore meet the minimum age requirement. I find it unacceptable that my account is blocked based on a false assumption and that I am being asked to make a payment in order to regain access. I request that my account be immediately unbanned without any payment requirement and that the age restriction decision on my account be corrected as soon as possible. I expect this to be resolved promptly so I can continue using the service normally.
