Ban On Umingle

I have been using the Umingle website to chat with people in a polite and respectful way, always only showing my face on camera. Despite this, I was suddenly banned today without any explanation. The last time I had used the platform before yesterday was about three weeks ago, and during my usage I did not violate any rules to my knowledge. I do not understand the reason for this ban and I believe it is a mistake, because I was simply chatting kindly and behaving appropriately. I have not been given any clear information or warning. I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail and that the ban be lifted if no actual violation is found, or that I be clearly informed about the specific reason and evidence for this ban.
