UGG Shoes Not Water-Resistant as Promised

On December 6, 2025, I purchased a pair of UGG shoes (product code: 1158262) from the Sneaks Up store at Zorlu Center for $390 using my credit card. During the sale, the salesperson specifically stated that the product could be used in rainy and snowy weather and that it was water-resistant. After the purchase, the salesperson also gave me a spray and strongly recommended that I use it.
Before even wearing the shoes, I applied the spray exactly as instructed. However, this caused discoloration, darkening, and visible damage to the material. Despite the fact that the product was never worn and was damaged at the very first stage due to the salesperson’s recommendation, my return request was denied by the store.
Because the product was damaged as a direct result of the seller’s guidance, I believe it is defective. I request a full refund of the $390 I paid for this faulty product.

Even though it has been 1.5 months since I submitted my complaint, I have received no response. This clearly shows that customer satisfaction is not being taken into account. Despite repeatedly checking, the lack of any solution is unacceptable. I hereby state that I will not limit the matter to this platform only; I will contact all relevant official authorities and pursue the necessary legal avenues. I demand that my grievance be resolved urgently and that I receive a prompt response.
