Udemy has received payment for an online course that I am enrolled in. In spite of the fact that a 30-day refund policy was advertised, the refund was issued as a credit rather than being returned to my credit card, which was an inconvenience for users. Be aware that I will file an official complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board if this complaint is not addressed, and the refund is not processed to my credit card.
