I purchased the Systematic German Course from Scratch on Udemy for ₺350 using my credit card. In the course’s advertisement and at the time of purchase, it was clearly stated that if I was not satisfied, I could request a refund within 30 days. However, after 10 days, despite having watched only about 5% of the course, my refund request was denied on the grounds that I had supposedly watched most of the course.
I submitted my refund request through the Udemy website and also spoke with their virtual customer service. However, the representatives didn’t seem to understand my issue — they kept giving the same automated responses and offered no real solution. I believe that the refund policy advertised and the one actually applied are completely contradictory and misleading.
