Touché Privé Refund Still Not Received – Urgent Action Required
I placed my order on January 31, 2025. It was delivered to me on February 11, and I returned the items on February 13. Since then, I have been waiting for the refund of the returned products, which was approved. On Friday, April 25, I received a message saying: “The refund for your order will be transferred to your account within 5 business days. Best regards.” However, I still haven’t received any payment. On May 26, the system showed that the return was completed — yet there has been no update, no refund, and no communication. It has been 5 months, almost 6, and I haven’t received any proper response. You also never sent me my invoice via email, even though I specifically requested it. This situation is extremely disappointing. My money has lost value over time, and this experience has seriously damaged my trust in your brand. Neither my money nor my rights are forgiven. I demand my refund immediately. Please do not send me another vague message like “It will be processed soon.” I want the refund to be made without any further delay.
