My experience with Ubisoft has been deeply disappointing. I originally purchased Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands through Steam on July 6, 2022. I played and completed the game at the time. Yesterday, I wanted to revisit it, so I reinstalled it and attempted to log in—but I was shocked to find that my Ubisoft account was either deactivated or inaccessible.
I followed the steps to recover my account, but then I was asked to re-enter an activation key—for a game I had already played and finished. I immediately contacted Ubisoft support, provided all necessary documentation proving my ownership, and explained the situation.
After 7 hours of back-and-forth, they simply responded by saying the account is not mine and that their security is too advanced to be mistaken. They offered no real solution and abruptly closed the case. I was treated as if I never bought the game.
Ubisoft, this is unacceptable. I paid for this game, and I deserve access. Fix your system, verify your loyal customers properly, and stop ignoring valid proof of ownership. I want my account and game access restored immediately.
