I’m incredibly frustrated with Ubisoft’s lack of real support when it comes to recovering hacked accounts. My Ubisoft account was stolen, and I provided clear, detailed evidence—including purchase records, login history, and proof of unauthorized changes. Despite this, Ubisoft refuses to return my account.
All I’ve received in response are automated bot messages, and no real human has reviewed my case. There's no way to get personalized help or even escalate the issue to someone who can actually assist. I’ve spent ₺thousands on games and dedicated hours of gameplay developing my progress, collecting in-game items, and advancing through levels—only to lose access overnight and be ignored by customer service.
This level of disregard is completely unacceptable from a company as big as Ubisoft. We are paying customers, and our digital property and time investment should matter. I’m calling on Ubisoft to take accountability, assign a real representative to my case, and help me regain access to my account. Otherwise, I will no longer trust or support this brand, and I’ll advise others to do the same.
