Unable to Access Ubisoft Account After Purchase – Can’t Play My Games

I purchased a game through Ubisoft, but I can’t even access my account to play it. Each time I try to log in, I’m met with issues, and despite numerous attempts to reset my password, no verification code ever arrives. This system is incredibly frustrating. The game is bought and paid for, but it’s completely inaccessible. I expected Ubisoft to have a smoother login and account recovery process, especially compared to other companies like EA. I shouldn’t have to fight through endless login problems just to play a game I legally own. Ubisoft, please address this immediately—I need proper access to my account and the games I paid for.
