I Lost Access to My Ubisoft Connect Account and Can’t Get It Back Despite Full Proof

My Ubisoft Connect account was hacked, and no matter what I do, I cannot recover it. I have submitted every detail they could possibly need—my account’s creation date, linked email address, associated platforms, purchase records, and more. Despite all that, I keep receiving the exact same generic, copy-paste responses from their support. It feels like I’m talking to a bot, not a real person.

I’ve been trying for days to get someone to actually look into my case, but I’ve received zero meaningful help. This experience has completely shaken my trust in Ubisoft. I strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing any games from them. If your account is ever compromised, you’re likely on your own. Ubisoft must step up and take responsibility for account security and provide real customer support—not automated replies. I demand immediate assistance in restoring my account access.
