On September 7, my email account was hacked, and the email address linked to my Ubisoft account was changed without my permission. Since then, my account—used under the username tr.39.tr in Rainbow Six Siege—has been completely taken over by someone else, and I have been locked out.
I have contacted Ubisoft Support multiple times by submitting tickets, but each time I only received automated responses and no real solution. Although I haven’t noticed any unauthorized purchases or monetary loss, the fact that my account remains inaccessible is highly frustrating.
I expect Ubisoft to restore my account securely and to provide a more attentive and solution-oriented support process for cases like this.
