I Face Account Theft and Denied Recovery Despite Proof on My Ubisoft Account

My Ubisoft account was hacked, and everything was changed—the email, password, and username—all of which had remained the same since the day I created the account. Even though I had 2FA enabled, the hacker somehow managed to disable it. All of this happened in under three minutes. According to the login history, my Turkey-based account was accessed from Singapore.
I contacted Ubisoft support within hours of the breach, providing proof of ownership, including purchase history and unusual login records. Despite this, Ubisoft claimed their security systems are top-tier and that they could see the data I submitted in their database, but they still refused to confirm I was the rightful owner.
I have submitted 10–11 support requests, and each time I either received the same copy-paste reply or was told they couldn’t locate the account or verify my identity. It’s frustrating, demoralizing, and completely unacceptable. Ubisoft’s response system is robotic and unhelpful, leaving no room for actual support or escalation.
Ubisoft, you allowed a fully secured account to be taken over in minutes and then denied the rightful owner access—despite solid evidence. I demand immediate intervention from a real support representative who can actually resolve this. I want my account restored and my data protected, not ignored by automated emails.
