My Ubisoft account has been hacked, and I’ve completely lost access to it. I originally purchased two games through Steam—Assassin’s Creed Unity and Rainbow Six Siege—and both were linked to my Ubisoft account under the username Tyhron_TR. Now, when I try to log in, I see a completely different email address associated with the account. Clearly, someone has changed my login credentials without my consent.
I immediately checked Ubisoft’s main website hoping for support, but to my shock, there’s no clear or effective recovery process for stolen accounts. There is no urgent response or system in place to help players like me regain access or even freeze the account to prevent misuse.
