I Face Unauthorized Email Change on My Ubisoft Account and Can’t Regain Access

While checking my Ubisoft account, I noticed something extremely concerning: the email address linked to the account wasn’t mine. It was a completely unfamiliar email—one I’ve never seen before in my life. I have no idea how it got there or who it belongs to.
I tried to correct the email myself, but when I attempted to make the change, the system asked me to log in to the account. The problem is, I don’t even recognize this account as mine and certainly don’t know the password. It feels like my information has been hijacked or merged with another profile without my knowledge.
Ubisoft, I need immediate help. Please update the account with my actual email address and assist me in regaining full control. I’m deeply concerned about the security of my data and the fact that someone else might be using an account linked to my identity.
