I Lost Access to My Ubisoft Account After Email Change and Get No Real Help

My Ubisoft account was hacked, and the associated email address was changed without my consent. I have contacted Ubisoft Support multiple times and clearly explained that my email was replaced and I can no longer access the account. Despite this, the only thing they keep saying is, “We’ve sent a recovery link to your registered email.” That’s exactly the problem—the hacker changed the email, so I don’t receive anything.
I even forwarded them the warning emails I received a week ago showing suspicious login activity from Japan, followed by a password change confirmation. These clearly show that my account was compromised, and I no longer have control over it. Still, Ubisoft tells me they "can’t verify" that I’m the account owner.
This system is unbelievably flawed. If someone hijacks your account and changes your email, there’s basically no way to get it back. All Ubisoft does is loop you through irrelevant steps and auto-responses that don’t address the issue.
I demand proper investigation and urgent action. This is not just poor customer service—it’s a complete failure of account security. Ubisoft needs to fix this process and help customers like me regain access before more people lose everything they've paid for.
