I Face Ubisoft Connect Payment Error 2035 When Using Papara Card

On August 23, 2025, around 4:00 PM, I attempted to purchase Watch Dogs 2 on Ubisoft Connect (PC). The listed price was ₺124.90, and I had enough balance in my Papara card, which is also enabled for online transactions. I entered my card details correctly, including the CVC code, but immediately received the error message: “Your card is not supported” (Error Code: 2035).

I’ve used the same Papara card on other platforms, such as Epic Games, without any issues, so the problem appears to be specific to Ubisoft Connect. I also tried completing the purchase using my İninal card, but that attempt was blocked as well, and the payment didn’t go through.

I haven’t encountered any restrictions or security notifications on either my Ubisoft or Papara accounts, and no money was withdrawn during these failed transactions. I reached out to Ubisoft customer support, but I haven’t received any response yet.

I’m requesting that this payment issue be resolved as soon as possible and that Papara cards be fully supported on Ubisoft Connect. I also expect Ubisoft to ensure that its payment infrastructure is compatible with alternative cards and payment methods to prevent similar issues in the future.
