PUBG Mobile Did Not Deliver 325 UC After Papara Payment

On September 31, 2025, I purchased 325 UC in PUBG Mobile through Playsort, paying ₺189 via Papara. During the transaction, I received a “Transaction Failed” error, but the payment was still deducted from my account. Despite the charge, the UC never appeared in my PUBG Mobile balance.

To resolve the issue, my friend tried logging in from his account and attempted to transfer UC to me, but once again, no UC was delivered. Instead, I was told that 60 UC would be refunded to my account, yet even that partial amount never arrived. At this point, I have lost both my money and the UC I paid for.

This is the first time I have experienced such an issue with PUBG Mobile purchases, and it has left me extremely frustrated. All I want is for the 325 UC I rightfully paid for to be credited to my account without any further delays.

I demand that PUBG Mobile fix this issue immediately and ensure that UC purchases through Papara are properly delivered to players. Customers should not be left without their money or their in-game content due to technical failures.
