On February 24, 2025, I attempted to purchase Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora from Ubisoft’s online store for ₺577. During checkout, an error message popped up, and I was prompted to press “OK” to proceed. I didn’t realize that doing so had already saved my credit card and completed the purchase. When I checked my bank account, I was shocked to find I had been charged twice—a total of ₺1,154—for the same game.

I immediately contacted Ubisoft through email and even messaged their social media channels, but I received no response. Eventually, I found an automated chat system that vaguely promised a refund, but the lack of human support and follow-up makes it very hard to trust. Also, navigating the system is a nightmare—it’s only available in English or Russian, which makes it even more frustrating.

I regret making this purchase. Ubisoft, this is unacceptable. Refund the duplicate charge immediately and improve your customer support channels.
