I Face Ubisoft Account Theft and Support Ignoring My Recovery Requests

On August 3, 2025, my Uplay (Ubisoft) account was hacked, and since that day, I’ve been completely unable to regain access. Despite having clear proof that the account was stolen, I’ve sent multiple detailed emails to Ubisoft Support, including screenshots, documents, and ownership evidence, but all I’ve received are automated responses with no real assistance or resolution.
After the hack, the email address linked to my account was changed, which means I can’t even use the password reset feature to recover it. I’ve tried several alternative methods to verify ownership and recover my account on my own, but nothing has worked. Throughout this process, Ubisoft’s customer service has been unresponsive and dismissive, sending the same generic replies without actually reviewing my case.
I’m requesting immediate restoration of my account and an end to this ongoing negligence. I have all necessary evidence to verify ownership and expect Ubisoft to take this issue seriously and return my stolen account as soon as possible.
