I Cannot Gain Access to My Ubisoft Account

It's been about a week and I still can't seem to get into my Ubisoft account. Even after trying to reset my password on the Ubisoft website, I haven't received any email from Ubisoft with the password verification code or link. Although Ubisoft insists they have sent it, I have thoroughly checked my email and have not received any code of that nature. I can't help but wonder if my account has been hacked or compromised. I've submitted a support request, but it's been several days now and I still haven't received any response.
