Help! Hacked Email Linked to Ubisoft Connect Account via Xbox

My Ubisoft Connect account is linked to my Xbox account. However, the email associated with my Ubisoft account has been hacked, and I can't change it. Despite being connected to my Xbox account, the site continues to send verification codes to the hacked email on the Ubisoft account. I've sent an email to Ubisoft regarding this issue, but it's been 3.5 days, and I haven't received a response. If anyone has experienced a similar issue, please share your insights.
