Ubisoft Account Password Changed Without My Knowledge, Unable to Reset Password

My Ubisoft account’s password was changed without my consent, and now I am unable to reset it. When I try to request a password reset, no reset email is sent to me. After the password change, I did receive an email about a potential email address change, but it shows that no change has been made. The system says a reset code was sent, but I haven’t received anything. If the email had been fully changed, I believe the system would say “account not found,” but that’s not the case. I urgently need help to reset my password and regain access to my account as soon as possible.
