I Can't Reset My Ubisoft Password for Rainbow Six Siege - No Verification Email Received

I purchased Rainbow Six Siege on Steam and installed it to play through Ubisoft. After resetting my computer and trying to reinstall and log in to the game, I realized I had forgotten my password. I attempted to reset it through the Ubisoft website, but I never received a password verification code or link in my email. Despite Ubisoft claiming they've sent it, I've checked my email thoroughly and found nothing. As a result, I haven't been able to access the game for quite some time now.
