Uber Promotion Code Showed Free Ride, But I Was Charged

I used an Uber promotion code, and the app showed that my ride would be free. Based on that, I proceeded with the ride. However, after completing the trip, I was charged. It feels misleading to show something as free when it’s not. I’ve shared screenshots where the fare was displayed as ₺0, and another showing the amount I was charged at the end of the ride. I’m requesting a full refund for the charge since the app misrepresented the cost. Uber, please resolve this issue and refund the amount as soon as possible.
