My Uber Ride Payment Confusion. Overcharged and Unable to Resolve

I called an Uber as a passenger and selected cash payment. The car arrived, and I reached my destination. The fare was 44 ₺. I gave the driver 50 ₺, but he said he didn't have change. I then suggested paying through the app, which he agreed to. I gave him the 50 ₺, but the driver entered only 5 ₺ as collected in the app. As a result, the app is now asking me to pay an additional 39 ₺. I reported my complaint to Uber, but they only sent me 9 ₺. The Uber app is still requesting 39 ₺ from me. I'm trying to contact Uber to explain the situation, but I can't reach anyone. I've been wronged in this situation.
