On October 17, 2025, I purchased a round-trip flight ticket from Dubai to Izmir with SunExpress via Turna.com, paying a total of ₺13,902 (Reservation Code: YB33SB). However, when I submitted a cancellation request less than 24 hours after purchase, I was offered a refund of only ₺340, which is unreasonably low.
When I contacted Turna.com customer service, I was informed that the ticket was a charter flight, and therefore, no refund could be issued. However, this was never disclosed during the purchase process. There was no clear information or warning stating that the ticket was for a charter flight or that refunds would be restricted in case of cancellation.
I paid by credit card, and all flight details were sent to me by email. This is my first experience with such an issue, and I find the lack of transparency very disappointing.
I request that at least 80–90% of the total fare (₺13,902) be refunded to me. I also ask that Turna.com address this lack of information about charter flight refund policies and take action to prevent future customer misunderstandings.
