I booked two flight tickets on Turna.com for my wife and me, flying Sabiha Gökçen to Medina on January 18, 2025 (Flight No: PJ690) and returning from Jeddah to Sabiha Gökçen on February 2, 2025. The first flight had a Riyadh layover, but Pegasus left our luggage behind without any explanation.
We expected to transfer to a Flyadeal flight, as stated in the itinerary. However, after waiting for hours, we realized—on our own—that the flight departed from a different terminal (the domestic airport), not the international terminal where we had landed. To get there, we had to pay 50 SAR out of pocket.
When boarding the next flight, we were forced to pay nearly $100 for our luggage, even though Turna.com clearly stated we had a carry-on allowance for both flights. Pegasus’ app, however, showed no baggage allowance, so I had to pay an extra 4000₺ to avoid further issues.
Additionally, at Riyadh Airport, Flyadeal charged me again for luggage fees that I had already paid to Pegasus. Turna.com misled me with incorrect flight details, causing a huge inconvenience and a total financial loss of nearly 8000₺.
I demand full compensation for my loss. If my issue is not resolved, I will take legal action. This was my last time booking with Turna.com and Pegasus!
